Shipping

• Objective getting the finished goods ready to be
  shipped.
• 1. Records all outgoing shipments.
• 2. Ensure all shipping inventory is accounted

• Objective Responsible for incoming shipments
  from suppliers.
• 1. Goods unloaded and unpacked.
• 2. Physical count of inventory (ensuring all
  intended goods arrived).
• 3. Turn materials over to Logistics.

Warehousing

• Objective Accepting, storing and arranging raw
  materials, supplies and finished goods.
• Two large warehouses
• 1. Incoming warehouse designed to accept both
  spoiling and non-spoiling raw materials.
• 2. Outgoing warehouse storing finished goods.
