Food for Thought

• Consider the late President Kennedy. One moment
  he was sitting in his limo with his wife, smiling
  and waving to adoring crowds. The next moment he
  was in eternity. A small piece offast-moving
  metal sent him there in a split second.
• Imagine you were taken back to the time just
  before he stepped into the limo. You cant stop
  the assassination but you can talk to him for a
  few moments about his eternal salvation.
• Are you so intimidated by his status that you
  would remain silent?

• Of course not! You know what will happen to him.
  You look beyond the presidency into eternity. You
  ignore your fears and look into his eyes. You see
  the frailty of his humanity, and think how in an
  instant of time he will be blasted into death.
• All around us, people are smiling and waving at
  each other. They arent thinking about their
  salvation. They cant see the invisible. They
  have no concept of the eternal. But youdo. You
  know what awaits them.

• Death is snatching people every minute of every
  day. Whatever you do, dont be intimidated into
  silence.
• Take the initiative.
• Look into eternity We do not look at the things
  which are seen, but at the things which are not
  seen. For the things which are seen are
  temporary but the things which are not seen are
  eternal (2 Corinthians 418).

Encouragement

• I am 68 years old and, by Gods grace, was saved
  11 years ago. Recently my wife and I caught The
  Way of the Master program.
• Wow!!! In my years as a believer I attempted to
  witness to friends, family, and others with whom
  I came in contact.
• After turning off my family members (all
  unsaved), and all my friends would have nothing
  to do with me anymore, andoffending the few
  strangers I tried to witness to, I gave up.

  and have sent for several Way of the Master
