Using a Mobile Lab

Management

• Reserve the lab well in advance
• Allow 10-15 minutes for setup and breakdown
• Have 2 students assist in setup and breakdown
• Assign students to specific machines
• Have students log in with their IDs

Security

• Laptops must remain on the desk at all times
• Students do not leave the classroom while laptops
  are in use
• Laptops must be all accounted for and locked up
  before students are dismissed

Troubleshooting

• Check that each laptop is securely plugged in and
  charging at the end of each class
• Allow extra time during your first lesson for
  adjusting to the technology
• Report any technical problems to the TST
  immediately
