The 70th Set of Seven Years refers to the Time of
Jacobs Trouble or the Tribulation.

Jeremiah 30.7-9

• How awful that day will be! None will be like it.
  It will be a time of trouble for Jacob, but he
  will be saved out of it. In that day,
  declares the Lord Almighty, I will break the
  yoke off their necks and will tear off their
  bonds no longer will foreigners enslave them.
  Instead, they will serve the Lord their God and
  David their king, whom I will raise up for them.

  time, he will put an end to the sacrifices and
  offerings. And as a climax to all his terrible

  causes desecration, until the fate decreed for
  this defiler is finally poured out on him.

He will then do terrible things to the Jewish
people until he is defeated by Gods decree.

• Then the beast was allowed to speak great
  blasphemies against God. And he was given

  months. And he spoke terrible words of blasphemy
  against God, slandering his name and his
  dwellingthat is, those who dwell in heaven.  And
  the beast was allowed to wage war against Gods
  holy people and to conquer them. And he was given
  authority to rule over every tribe and people and
  language and nation.

At the end of this time Jesus, the Messiah will
return to Israel to defeat the antichrist.
