• In this lesson we are going to create a video
  clip presentation with our favorite photos using
  Picasa.
• Open Picasa and on the bottom left click video

• Before creating a movie clip presentation we
• need to decided which images or photos are
• going to be displayed. First select the folder
  that
• contains the images and or photos to be
• included in the video presentation.

• In this case I selected my folder named Images
• that contain the images I would like to insert in
  
• my video presentation

• To add a photo into your video clip presentation
• got to the clips tab
• Select the image or images and
• On the plus sign to insert it into
• The video presentation.

• You can also select more than one image at a
• time to do so press the CTRL key on your
• keyboard and select the images, than click on
• the plus sign

• Select the video tab. In this window we can
• decide how to animate our video presentation

• In this window we can see the following features

In this box there are different styles of
Transitions

In this section you are able to set the timing
of your video presentation such as duration of
change from one photo to another and overlapping.

Dimensions here you can change the dimensions of
your video presentation. Show Captions this
enables you to place text on your video clip
presentation

In this section you can create credits before you
video presentation. For example Your name and
date.

• As you can see below what is written in the
• caption window will appear on the presentation

• After setting up your images you can insert your
• favorite sound or song to your video
• Presentation. To add sound click on the load tab
• And see the following slide how to insert sound.

Click on Load
Select your song or sound . As you can see Picasa
supports MP3 Format the format most commonly
used for music. Now you can watch your
Video Presentation with sound.

To finish we have three options Close You Tube
Create video
Close Selecting close Picasa will ask you if
you want to save your work and will exit. You
Tube Selecting You Tube will convert your video
presentation in FLV so you can Place it online
(on you tube) Create Video Will simple create
your video Presentation ready to save on CD or
PC.

• By clicking the You Tube Button we can upload
• our video presentation online, see the following
• Slide.

Title Here you type the title Of your video
presentation Description Write a short
paragraph that describes you video
presentation Video Category From a drop down
list select in which category is best to place
your video presentation Tag This will help to
optimize your video search according to the
category Make this video public If this option
is check the video can be seen from everyone.
