  outside the PAC. (subsequent handbook and forms

• Complete required information (including the
  physical)
• Return completed paperwork to Athletic Secretary
  in Administration office of PHS to receive your
  Ticket to Play
• Take your ticket to your coach on the first day
  of practice.

• To meet PHS expectations and be eligible to apply
  to a 4-year college/university your senior year
  of high school, students must complete the
  following
• Must pass all classes with a grade of a C or

• 1 year of World History and 1 year of U.S.

• 4 years of College Prep English
• C Math
• 3 years of college prep math (Algebra 1-2,
  Geometry 1-2, and Algebra 3-4)
