Group Goals
  • The group will determine when certain leadership
    style are effective as well as ineffective.
  • The group will watch several clips from selected
    videos and identify the leadership style being
    demonstrated.

  • Teachers and administrators must realize that
    there are different styles of leadership that are
    more effective in different situations.
