Definition of Kaizen

• Kaizen refers to a theory or way of thinking
  which involves an entire process.
• The idea is to improve all aspects throughout the
  entire process as dictated by customer needs.
• It recognizes that there are always room for
  continuous improvement.

• Project objective is to practice the procedure of
  Kaizen for product preparation or shop flow.
