Executive Summary
  • Company
  • VESUVIANO PICTURES, LLC is seeking to raise
    6,250,000 to fully finance the production of the
    feature length film Mimi Tony in Vegas to be
    directed by Roberto Rizzo. Capital will be
    invested in the single purpose entity, Vesuviano
    Pictures LLC, which is domiciled in the state of
    New York. Offering units are in 100,000 units.
  • Dates and Location
  • Mimi Tony in Vegas, will be shot in Las Vegas
    in the Fall of 2008.
  • General Investment Terms
  • Investors are in first position until they recoup
    100 of their investment plus a 20 preferred
    return. Further profits to the LLC will be split
    50/50 between Investors and the Production
    Company.

Synopsis

Mimi Tony in Vegas Mimi and Tony two street
wise orphans of the New York storm, living the
high life in Vegas. Tony is a respected and
connected fixer for the casinos and anybody else
who needs fixing. From his penthouse suite in
Caesars Palace he holds a handle on most things
in Sin City.  His one Weakness is the love of his
life MIMI.  She was raised in a New York City
orphanage and now dedicates her life to three
things (1) Raising money to form the first
Rockett School for Little Orphan Girls in Las
Vegas (2) Furthering her own career in show
business (3) Tony Americas Got Talent and
Mimis got? . Well, Mimis got Tony. And he
thinks she got talent and in Vegas that should be
enough. Together with the aid of some of Tonys
boys they set about getting Mimi and her dancers
the exposure they so richly deserve, a regular
featured spot on the legendary" Dino Martino
Show". Unfortunately Dino along with every other
producer on the strip fails to recognize Mimis
gifts and has to be persuaded. Mimi Tony a
popular colorful couple with street smarts and
easy sociable attitude become very successful in
Vegas. Tony, wheeler-dealer with his connections
to the Unions, and Casinos gives him power as a
Godfather like figure. Mimi from her humble
orphanage background has grandiose ideas to have
her own Show in Vegas with a cast of
celebrities. Mimis big dream is to help the
little orphans of her former convent creating the
first Rockette Association School in Vegas with
her generous donations.

    love story. And now Couples, a short film. An
    ensemble comedy, about the life of different
    couples in New York City.
  • Roberto Rizzo is working in the new feature film
    internally called Vegas project, in collaboration
    with Kathrina Miccio.

Audience Film Style
  • VESUVIANO PICUTRES, LLC seeks to produce a
    project that is commercially viable and has all
    the hallmarks of a larger budget film while
    keeping production costs manageable. Given the
    dynamic nature of the characters, we plan to
    attract a strong ensemble cast.
  • Films such Best in Show, Sister Act, and Legally
    Blond have proven the critical and financial
    viability of classy, well-executed interwoven
    stories. MIMI TONY in VEGAS is a unique take
    on how people choose to change their lives a
    universally accessible topic appealing to a wide
    demographic of audiences. This should lead to
    box office success as well as a film that
    continues to resonate over the years.
  • Characters full of sensibility and comedy will
    bring laughter to the audience. We plan to infuse
    the film with a sense of levity and realism. The
    staged readings we have held have been filled
    with both laughter and tears. This is the best
    comedy we hope MIMI TONY in VEGAS conveys, much
    like life itself.
