Main Menu Screen
The data is stored in 4 specific data forms that
are easily accessed from the Main Menu Screen.
These are Profiles, Workers, Agencies and Day
Centres.
4
Profiles
  • The Profiles form is divided into 7 sub-forms. Of
these the first form provides personal details
regarding the rough sleeper along with
information on any children and of Agencies and
Day Centres that are used by the individual.

5
Personal
  • Contacts can be stored in the Personal page,
along with information regarding the rough
sleepers place of origin, reasons for
homelessness and whether they have slept rough
    before.

6
Background
  • Within the background page any present or past
details of sources of income, substance use,
convictions and health issues can be stored in a
    datasheet format.

7
Log
  • Details regarding meetings and developments with
the rough sleeper can be stored in the Log.
Information can include the outcome of meetings
and whether the individual has any special need
    e.g. if pregnant.

8
Rough Sleeping History
  • Places where the individual has slept rough can
be recorded in the Rough Sleeping History page.
Updates can be added, so an unlimited number of
    records can be stored.

9
Accommodation
  • Similarly a record of temporary homes that the
rough sleeper has had can be stored in the
Accommodation sub-form. Included are details such
    as the tenure and landlord.

10
Select
  • Each of the 4 major data forms has a Select page.
This lists all records in the dataset that is
open and allows you to choose the individual you
    want to view quickly.

11
Workers
  • There are 3 sub-forms to the workers dataset. All
details regarding the workers involved in your
project can be added to this form.

12
Staff
  • In the first sub-form of the Workers form,
contact information and password details for each
member of staff can be stored.

13
Diary
  • The Diary is accessed from the view tab in the
menu bar at the top left of the application. The
information is then automatically updated to the
diary form in the Workers dataset.

14
Profiles
  • The profiles for the rough sleepers of whom the
selected member of staff is responsible are
    stored in the Profiles sub-form.

15
Agencies
  • In the agencies dataset information regarding
relevant agencies and their contacts can be
    stored.

16
  • Details of each agency are updated in the Agency
form, notes on their type of service and their
contacts can be added here. The category drop
down list allows for sensitive categorisation.

17
Day Centres
  • As with the Agencies form, details of Day Centres
can be stored in the Day Centres dataset.

18
  • Details of each Day Centre are updated in the
opening form of this dataset. Their category,
notes and contacts are stored here.

19
Creating Reports
  • The Reports form, which is again accessed from
the Main Menu, gives access to a wide variety of
reports. These reports can be filtered to show
details for specific issues such as age grouping,
special needs, ethnic origin and resettlement.

20
General
  • The general form is where the data to be collated
can be selected such as age, ethnicity, gender,
    registration dates and resettlement.

21
Report Heading
  • By typing in the blank field within the Report
Heading form unique text can be added to the
report. By selecting Process the system collates
    the information automatically.

22
Report Presentation
  • An example of a report can be seen here. Totals
can be listed in table or graphical form.
