Software Deliverable Dates

• 7.9.6 CAD set to release to media (RTM) 6/9
• 5.8.4 LEADS was set to RTM on 9/29, may change
  due to PCR activity. Id say late Q3, or sometime
  Q4 is a safe bet.
• 8.0 LEADS RTM on 6/30

State Accident Report Status

• 5.7 bugs, Terry Hartz has sent all fixes to
  Thornton, Arvada, Lakewood email sent to me
  today at 923am
• Terry Hartz continuing forward with electronic
  submissions and working with the State/DOR
• 5.7 Arvada, Thornton, Vail/Eagle, Lakewood
• 5.8 ADCOM, Westminster

Working better with the help desk

• Why isnt the Help Desk still contacting me?
• CR Defect vs. CR Enhancement
• CR Defects reviewed on a weekly basis via the CCB
  (Change Control Board) process (CAD, LEADS,
  INTERFACES)
• After CCB, can be escalated as review for custom
  patches
• Contact your PM to find out when CR Defects are
  targeted to be fixed
• New release of Siebel fixes anticipated this
  summer
• SR Escalation
• Short staffed this week!

Coplink Update

• Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood
• Oracle customers Arvada and Westminster
• Intergraph developing an interface to work with
  all Coplink implementations going forward
• Will this cost ? Still undetermined
