Aim Conclude one or several framework contracts
for services related to the communication
activities of the EESC

• The framework contracts are concluded for a
  period of 1 year. They may be renewed up to 3
  times, each time for a period of 12 months.

5 Lots

• The tender is divided into 5 lots.
• Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more
  lots.
• Tenderers will submit a separate tender for each
  lot for which they bid.
• Any tender submitted for a specific lot must
  cover all the work required for this lot.

• Lot 1 125 000 euros per year
• Lot 2 150 000 euros per year
• Lot 3 200 000 euros per year
• Lot 4 200 000 euros per year
• Lot 5 75 000 euros per year

EVALUATION

• Exclusion of non-eligible tenderers
• Selection of tenderers
• Evaluation of tenders in the light of the award
  criteria (1. technical/quality evaluation, 2.
  financial evaluation)
• Award/non-award of the contract

  provide additional information for the purpose of
  clarifying the nature of the contract.
• Any requests for information must be made in

Answers

• Answers will be published on the EESC website.
  The link will be sent to all contacts that have
  received the tender documents.
• Requests for additional information received less
  than five working days before the closing date
  for submission of tenders will not be processed.
