  • Intended to be high level to ensure feasibility
    and adequacy of funding
  • Will help in the drafting of the Design Brief and
    Output Specification

    project
  • Questions and interview to test approach and
    commitment to specific project

    specified in the design brief - while elements
    that will add excellence are discussed at the
    design stage

Funding

    delivered to date
  • LA can top-slice funds as long as value is added
    to the procurement
