Overview Expanded and Sustained Access to
Financial Services Program (ESAF)

• Three-year USAID-funded financial sector
  development initiative
• Program goal
• To improve and expand sustainable access to
  financial services in Palestine through the
  development of an efficient, inter-linked and
  competitive financial system.
• Key Objectives
• Expand access to financial services for 35,000
  households and enterprises in the WB
• Expand lending in the WB by over 100 million USD

  institutions in products and delivery mechanisms
  to reach under-served populations
• Issued on May 17, closes on June 17
• 500,000 USD available
• Fund technical assistance and operational costs
  related to product development or pilot delivery
