- Team Building/ Development Goal (Option A)
Train the trainer - This option is for those entities that will
utilize a group of multidiscipline instructors
who are likely to teach together. - The week long format they attend will include
three (3) courses ICS FIRE (200), ICS EMS (200),
and ICS LE (100).

- Subject Matter Goal (Option B) Train the
trainer - This option is utilized if the goal is to get
the trainers up to the IS-300 level. - The week long format they attend will include
three (4) courses. These will consist of
overlapping the IS-200 (ICS FIRE, ICS EMS, and
ICS LE) and joining all disciplines under the
IS-300 (Unified Command and Multi-agency
Response). Each instructor will attend two
courses.
