Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly by name and title (Mr.
  Mrs. Honourable, Dr.)
• Serve members in all dining facilities in the
  clubhouse
• Proper wine service
• Make tableside caesar salads from scratch
• Ensure the entire clubhouse is cleaned and
  stocked with cutlery, plates, napkins, roll ups,
  coffee cups etc.

• Knowledge of many different wines
• Was able to try a variety of different cuisines,
  fine wines, 10 year old ports, expense scotches
  and martinis
• Fine dining and banquet service experience
• Free Golf in non-peak hours
• Made many new friends
• Had an excellent experience
