PDT DeltaT Studies

• Releases after p10.13 partially correct for time
  slewing by using an effective velocity of 0.9c
• look at hits on good central A segments (1 scint
  plus 3PDT). Top, side, and bottom span PDT
  lengths. Enhancements at far and electronic
  ends
• see enhancement at middle of wire if only single
  time (octant0 mostly)
• tune DT to position function by comparing to
  location of a-phi counter. Plot
• (positionPDT-positionScint) vs PositionScint
• Can also compare A segment to BC segment for
  side octants where PDTs have flipped
  orientation
