History
  • Intel is the worlds largest semiconductor
    company and inventor of the x86 series of
    microprocessors.
  • Founded in 1968 as INTegrated Electronics by
    semiconductor pioneers Robert Noyce and Gordon
    Moore.
  • Intel also produces motherboard chipsets, network
    cards, ICs, flash memory, graphics chips,
    embedded processors, and various other
    communication and computing devices.
  • Created first microprocessor in 1971.

CAE Asset Tracker
  •  
  • Track existing and new equipment in the CAE Lab
    as well as all OEM owned assets in possession by
    both the lab and CAEs.

  • Started out with an existing PHP codebase.
    (approx. 120 files)
  • Setup server to host PHP code and mySQL database
  • Modify and maintained mySQL database.
  • Create a Java Applet to interface with database.
  • Write documentation (help system) and pass on to
    Mentor

SLP Metric Automation
  • Purpose SLP Metrics were used to track how an
    individual (or group) met the service level plan.
    Automate process that was otherwise done by
  • Generating an excel file from a web-interface of
    their Issue Tracker.
  • Copy Pasting the results into a master Excel
    document FILLED with formulas and graphs.
  • Copy graphs and information from the master
    file to PowerPoint slides to be presented to
    customers and/or management.
  • Modify a number of metrics to a single button
    approach.
  • Have a number of Access Files, Excel Files, and
    PowerPoint files communicate to one another.
  • Streamlined process to pressing a single button
    and after (30sec-1min) generate a series of (1
    30 PowerPoint) slides filled with graphs and
    text.
