  • November 2003. Meeting between ITL (Estonia) and
    LITTA.
  • December 2003. Action plan for establishing the
    Baltic IS Cluster is elaborated by ITL, LITTA,
    Infobalt.
  • April 2004. Pan-Baltic competencies assessment
    report (supported by UNDP).
