23For CDG SteerCom Consideration
- CRX (CDMA packet data roaming exchange) Future
Path - CDG MMS Technical Team interested in extending
CRX for MMS transport - CRX may eventually need to be extended for
other purposes - Who should own CRX evolution going forward?
- IRT? MMS Team? Other?
- Evolution from MIN-based IMSI to True IMSI
- Is CDG addressing this outside the IRT?
- Latin America Situation
- Telefonica (TEM) continues to grow CDMA networks
in Brazil (VIVO), Peru (Movilnet), and Venezuela
(Movilnet) - CDMA growth has stopped in other Telefonica
markets - Resources for new roaming implementations are
very limited - New documents for approval by SteerCom ExBoard
- Will be distributed by email next week
- WorldMode Branding Promotion
- Will be addressed by James Person
