• Objectives
• To create a multilingual European meta database
  and European archive for music and contributors
  to music utilising existing databases held by
  collecting societies, broadcast stations and
  artist organisations
• To establish an infra structure for B2B licensing
  of audio and audio-related content, including
  interviews and other editorial content, to
  public broadcast services and new media companies
  
• To promote the use of European independent music
  and increase the revenues to European independent
  rights owners
• To demonstrate how public broadcast services can
  act as a market window to the consumer market,
  utilising the multilingual European meta database
  and licensed content from then B2B audio
  licensing infra structure
