Scarlett Place PROJECT

• Fire/Life Safety System
• Replacement Project
• Replacement of the fire/life safety system
  started on Thursday, January 31st and is
  anticipated to continue through Friday, March
  15th. During this time, you may hear
  intermittent alarms as the old system is
  replaced. IF you hear an alarm, please do not
  call the front desk. Please follow the
  instructions until notified otherwise by the
  building management or by the building public
  address system.

  description of the roof phases is posted in the
  mail room.
• Work is commencing slowly, and with diligence.
  Phase IA should be completed by early March, 2002.
