• De Oude Huygens is an initiative of Far West,
• a housingcorporation with a portfolio of 10000
• houses,  to give an impuls for city in- and
  renovation with a
• focus on
• physical
• economical elements
• social
• Amsterdam West is the most deprived and poorest
  
• area, very old and unsafe neighbourhood, huge
• unemployment, a lot of problems in living
  together
• in a varied group of cultures, 30 is younger
  people.
