model in inventor.

9Select two point rectangle and sketch the
rectangle as shown below.
10Select General Dimension under sketch and
dimension the height, change it to 0.40

dimension the width, change it to 3.25

- Select Extrude
- Note the profile is automatically selected for
you.

23- Select Two Point rectangle command under Sketch.
- Draw a rectangle as shown to the right.
- Remember to dock the rectangle to one corner.

- Dimension the depth of the rectangle.
- Change is to .40
- Then click the green arrow to the right.
25- Next right click and pick done.
- Then right click and pick Finish Sketch.
- Then select Extrude.
- Click on Profile, then select the rectangle as
your profile that you want to extrude. - Enter.60 for the distance.

27- Select the Sketch button
- Then select the surface as shown.
- Your grid should appear as follows.

- Select the Center Point circle command
- Right click and select midpoint
- Pick the midpoint of the top of the rectangle
- Then pick on of the corners
- Look for a green dot to appear.
