- Created in 1991 during Postal Development
Symposium - Open to all POC members and all other UPU member
countries - Planning Team is composed of 10 members and meets
four times per year - Planning Team is responsible for designing,
implementing and monitoring projects to increase
the amount of resources available for worldwide
postal development
