PDAG MANDATE 2004-8 FIVE AREAS FOR ACTION

• Body of UPU Postal Operations Council (POC)
• Created in 1991 during Postal Development
  Symposium
• Open to all POC members and all other UPU member
  countries
• Planning Team is composed of 10 members and meets
  four times per year
• Planning Team is responsible for designing,
  implementing and monitoring projects to increase
  the amount of resources available for worldwide
  postal development
