• Two ways to submit FAX or online
• FAX
• Get FAX cover sheet from OR Website and fill out
  as hard copy
• Add requested documents
• Drop off in OR
• OR reviews, approves and faxes

Just-In-Time (JIT)

• New online JIT process via NIH eCommons
• Advantages
• Instantly deposited at NIH
• Less paperwork
• Challenges
• PI must have account
• All info must be sent together
• PI (or PI submit delegate) may upload and enter
  JIT information at eCommons. Once completed,
  route the JIT info to the Office of Research for
  review and submission to the NIH.
