What do journals look for?
  • Should stress the underlying issues or problems
    that stimulated the research
  • Treat the methodology concisely
  • Most importantly, the article should offer a full
    discussion of results, implications, and
    conclusions
  • Use the writing and reference style for your
    specific discipline/field
  • Manuscripts should be approximately 6,000 - 7,000
    words in length (between 25-30 pages
    double-spaced, including references, tables and
    figures)
  • Submit only manuscripts not under consideration
    by other journals
