2008-2009 LMVSC Crossing-Over League
The Crossing-Over League is an LMVSC-run league
specifically designed for our U-8 Developmental
Academy teams to play against similar teams from
surrounding clubs. This league helps prepare
players from all teams for travel soccer which
begins at U-9. The League policy is consistent
with LMVSC philosophy that emphasizes player
development over team results.
For 2008-2009, we had 13 teams from 9 Clubs
participate, including teams from Lee-Mt.
Vernon Soccer Club Springfield Youth Club Soccer
on the Hill Fairfax Police Youth Club Burke
Athletic Club Annandale Boys and Girls
Club Prince William Soccer, Inc Virginia Soccer
Association Braddock Road Youth Club

Again, this fall, LMVSC extends an invitation to
surrounding clubs to participate in this
developmental opportunity! LMVSC parents can
register their children for the Developmental
Academy by completing the Developmental Academy
Individual (LINK) registration form. Guests from
other soccer clubs can register teams for the
Crossing Over League with the Crossing Over Team
(LINK) registration form.
