• Deploys AG technology and organizes local and
  wide area networking
• Develops a local program that consumes and
  contributes to SC2001, ideally will also be a
  significant local event as well
• E.g., Australia, Germany, Brazil plan
  computational science workshops
• E.g., university training/outreach event
