What production training is available?
There are many implications to be considered when
putting jobseekers into a production
environment. Safety is paramount, so all
candidates will have relevant Health Safety
training, along with sessions on manual handling
first aid. Factories assembly lines can see
the benefits of our training, so much so that
they will guarantee an interview with every
candidate who successfully completes the P.E.Ps
course.

What is the My Motivation To Work certification?
My Motivation To Work has been created to
ensure that all candidates have the correct
attitude and enthusiasm to work. Many jobseekers
have the skills to be in gainful employment, but
if they have been out of work for a length of
time, confidence and enthusiasm can be a
barrier. My Motivation To Work certification
will equip jobseekers with the correct frame of
mind and confidence to become a valued member of
staff in any number of sectors.

Where will the work experience take place?
Red Sky have teamed up with local business
partners who can provide valuable on the job work
experience. The advantage of working with a
number of partners, is that we can match an
individual jobseekers skills with relevant
suited employers. Whilst attending a real
working environment for 3 weeks, each job seeker
will be allocated their own personal mentor, whom
they can call at any time for advice or
encouragement.

What happens once the candidate has found A
permanent position?
Red Sky have a commitment to help those that have
been successful in gaining permanent full time
work. Experience shows us that the 3 months post
employment are commonly the hardest for
candidates to cope with. With that in mind, Red
Sky continue their mentoring program for a
further 12 weeks into employment, helping
candidates with all of the common pitfalls such
as help with benefits and identifying any further
training needs.
