GT3 configuration achievements

• GT3 Master node
• is a Dell GX260 P4/2Ghz 512MB and is called
  node40.cluster.cpc.wmin.ac.uk
• is configured with RH9 GT3.0.2 (recompiled from
  source)
• is configured with Condor JM
• is configured as a condor submit host to
  parsifal condor pool (34CPU)
• GT3 container
• Tomcat 4.1.27 used to host a number of GT3
  containers
• running on port 8080 as user globus and
  configured with several web application contexts
  (one per grid developer http//node408080/delait
  t/services/)
• using Tomcat web app context manager to restart
  individual web app contexts
• University firewall opened for ports 22,8080,
  2119, 2811,40000-40010
