3Reading and Math Diagnostic Reports
- The reports suggested by Jeffrey Hernandez all
contain diagnostic data from the fall testing.
These reports should be reviewed
with specific attention to performance on the
fall diagnostic to determine progress or decline
of these identified students. - Alternatively, in some cases, it may be more
efficient to rerun the lists a second time by
running the Diagnostic Gain reports and using the
Fall Read Shakers or Movers selection on the sort
page (See slide 9).
4Reading and Math Diagnostic Reports
- There are also a basic set of reports that focus
on the results of the Fall Diagnostic. - This PowerPoint will provide you information on
these basic reports. - The reading and math diagnostic reports use the
same filters and sorts. Therefore, this
PowerPoint will use the reading reports to
demonstrate how to produce both reports.
