• Creating a culture of All Work is Planned
  includes skill-of-the-worker, JRA/FRA
  integration, pre post job briefs, and improving
  processes for considering multiple hazards and
  their interaction.
• Clarifying the Building Manager Role in WPC
• Work Planning Processes for Job Change Control
  (Addressing Scope Creep)
• Integrating Human Performance Factors Principles
  into WPC Requirements
• Upgrading Work Control Manager/Coordinator

  project.
• Inform staff workers that they may be called on
  to help improve WPC processes.
• ISM POC review the project plan provide
  periodic updates to your Management.

• Come in with an open mind, and willingness to
  make change/improvements.
• Provide ISM General Awareness training at Safety,
  Toolbox or plan of the day meetings.

• Human Performance Leadership Practices

  promote a clear vision of safetys part in
  experimental/work performance, values, attitudes
  and beliefs.
• Promote open communication, trust, teamwork and
