- ITC has a special mandate to bring in the private
sector - SPECA countries face particular challenges but
also have some valuable opportunities - ITC has the necessary experience, skills and
tools for addressing them - ITC is successfully present in the region and is
glad to participate also in the new Aid for Trade
initiatives
