• How It Works
• Everybody gets five green dots, five red dots,
  and five yellow dots.
• Place your green dots next to things you think
  should be priorities.
• Place your red dots next to things you think are
  not as important.
• Place your yellow dots next to things you think
  could be supplemented by other resources in the
  community if cut.
• You can use all five dots to vote for one thing,
  vote for five different things, or mix and match.
• You have to use all of your green and red dots.
• Chat with other folks, and find out what they
  think!
• You have 20 minutes.
• Afterwards, well have an open discussion about
  how people voted and why.
