  disabled people and Welsh speakers
• Delivered by specialist partner organisations
• One to one support and workshop activity
• Focus on pre-development support to raise
  confidence and develop capacity of individual

• Free of charge assistance to help SMEs with good
  practice in Equality Diversity in the workplace
• To increase the number of people working in
  non-traditional roles
• To provide a range of exemplar companies to
  promote the business benefits of Equality
  Diversity
