Patriots Involvement Day Welcome Week

• Table setup starts at 1030 on Thursday Aug. 31st
• Please note Set-up time is 1030 am and, if you
  have a table, you lose your table if you are not
  set up by 1045 am.  (All tables must be set up
  by 1100am at the latest.)
• 1 1. Dunk Tank If your org would like to sponsor
  the Dunk Tank for ½ hour on August 31, please
  provide the best time for you below. Please
  note You may have more than one person sit in
  the dunk tank during your ½ hour shift however,
  it is only one person in the dunk tank at a time.
• 1130 noon 130 200 pm
• Noon 1230pm 200 230 pm
• 1 1230 100 pm 230 300 pm
• 100 130 pm
• Note Times may change depending on the number
  of orgs interested in participating.
• 2 2. Display Table The purpose for which
  is to provide information and/or recruit new
  members and to meet new and returning students. 
  We encourage you to have 1-2 people work the
  table with your display.  Then, any other members
  will mingle with new and returning students
  throughout the event.  A maximum of 2 members can
  be at your table. (Note limited of tables
  available.)
