To boldly create the 21st Centurys best drinks
company, by providing the brands, venues,
services and experiences that make life more
sociable.
By 2005, we will have transformed Lion Nathan.
Our core beer business will lead the industry by
growing volume, share and profits (at double
digit rates) to greater than A500m. We will
have established an icon wine business on three
continents, with profits greater than A100m.
And we will have accelerated our options by
developing three new businesses aligned to the
consumer needs of sociability and leisure. To
achieve these goals, we commit to continuously
enriching our six capabilities, passionately
embracing our five values, and delivering on
three gamebreakers. By 2005, Lion Nathan will
have doubled after tax profits to greater than
A250m, and delivered a total return to
shareholders of gt15 per annum.
