  • The main ingredient in the front of our store is
    YOU!!
  • You should always be aware of the customer.
  • Even if you are doing something else, make sure
    you always RUSH to help a customer.

SMILE!!!
  • Sometimes, the best thing we can give to a
    customer is a smile!
  • Nobody wants to buy something from a person
    wearing a frown.
  • Turn it upside down!!

Being Nice is the First Step
  • Front of store food items (chips, soups, salads,
    desserts, etc.)
  • Cleanliness of the lobby, tables and bathrooms.
  • Answering the phone (taking phone orders).

Answer the Phone!!!!
  • Even if it is busy, answer the phoneeven if you
    have to put a person on hold.
  • Always take phone orders...some of our best
    customers only call orders in.
  • If a customer wants a catering order, get a
    manager or if you know how, take the order,
    getting all the details.

Other Things to Consider
  • Customers cannot eat without having a drink!
  • Watch for coffee, tea, lemonade and soda levels.
  • If any of these are out, they need to be replaced.
