• Unique blend of modified asphalt binders and
  selected aggregates
• Pre-measured and combined to create an
  all-in-one-package
• Small movement bridge expansion joint system,
  suitable for abutment and simple span type
  joints with total movements of less than 2 (50
  mm)
• State of the art, modern, safe and engineered to
  remove the on site mixing and operative measuring
  of the bridge joint system components.
• No open flames, no tanking of the expansion
  joint block-out with hot binders.
• No guess work with adding hot binders to the
  expansion joint construction.

Deery FlexAble Bridge Joint System.

• No rolling or compacting of the installed joint
  matrix.
• Specially designed Mastic Mixer for constant on
  site direct delivery of heated, mixed materials.
• Deery Mastic Mixer 250, double oil jacketed,
  thermostatically controlled clean burning, safe
  diesel fired heat source, hydraulically agitated
  with a heated delivery chute removing the need
  for the use of open pour buckets.
• Deery Mastic Mixer 250 is a low level design with
  a safety loading lid feature that enables the
  operatives to load the 40 lbs boxes with an
  automatic agitator cut off during material
  loading.
• For enhanced surface texture and optimum skid
  resistance, approved aggregate chips can be
  broadcasted into the hot final joint layer.
