• Standard adiabatic approximation to GW phasing of
  inspiral binary takes energy and flux truncated
  to same PN order
• In terms of dynamics equivalent to taking 0PN and
  2.5PN terms in acceleration, and leaving out 1PN
  and 2PN
• Propose a new complete adiabatic approximation
  which at leading order uses 2PN energy
