    for Procurement- Recommend region-wide tendering
    limit based on research commissioned by NWCE.-

  2. Training- Publish and run a programme of
    seminars around efficiency and procurement.

    initiatives within the region.- Out of

    practice across the region.- Develop NWCE
    website to make available learning model and
    tools.
