2Who are we ?
- GREC is a specialized organization in the
prevention and the resolution of conflicts,
promoting their positive management by the means
of dialogue, coexistence, agreement generation,
approval facilitation, and democratic
intensification. - GREC offers continued formulas, procedures,
techniques, learning tools, and efficient,
equitable, and satisfactory, conflict management
methods.
3Who are we?
- We are a humble entity integrated by people
formed in distinct ambits of Social Sciences and
specialized in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
- We work favouring dialogue improvement,
coexistence, citizenship, peace values, and
accentuate in the participation of communities
and organizations.
4Alternative Conflict Managament (Gestion
Alternativa de Conflictos GAC)
- Implies a non destructive vision about conflicts,
and the development of a preventive culture. - From GREC, we understand GAC as
- A new approach, parting from the positive vision
of the conflict in order to foment the
cooperation and coordination between the diverse
parties. - The configuration of new governing ways, new
behaviours, new attitudes, and new strategies
fomenting the dialogue and negotiation of
conflicts. - A preventive method, detecting possible
forthcoming conflicts. - It implies the putting in practice of a series of
techniques and procedures which will enable the
finding of solutions to problems that are
simultaneously equitable, effective, efficient,
stable and wise. - The GAC has a preventive and strategic character.

- Conflicts are part of the human condition, and
because of this, finding the means which help us
transform them into real opportunities are the
key to success. It is very important that
infants, teenagers, and adults recognize the
advantage of the greatest number of opportunities
existing enabling their ability to use
convenient and effective strategies in the
positive management of conflicts.

- Presentation
- Education provides us with resources, skills, and
abilities which help us confront our day-to-day
problems in an effective way. A good educational
resource is that which allows (both a personal
and group level) the attainment of effective
conflict resolution tactics and the development
of qualified proposals for the positive
management of conflicts. - The resource plan elaborated by GREC presents a
complete set of activities directed for different
sectors in the educational community. As our main
objective, we have chosen to concentrate on the
fomentation of constructive relationships in
favour of the importances of ones coexistence
as a commitment with ones own citizenship in
his/her community.

- Considering the importance of creating a positive
attitude towards the resolution of conflicts,
GREC and the team of professionals it works with,
offers a complete source of possibilities. How?
By introducing new and more efficient
communication skills through the means of games,
workshops, courses, etc. - The principal thing in this catalogue is
Education for Coexistence, and Education for
Citizenship. The proposal contemplates immediate
or long term activities which orient themselves
in reinforcing the task of educators, students,
volunteers, etc.
