Title: Diapositiva 1
1 E-DUCATOR
2- EDUCATOR project tackles from the basis of the
vocational qualification analysis, the needs that
the Knowledge Society poses at the educational
sector and the ICTs impact over the new ways of
organising work, and specifically on the e-work
implementation. - E-work methods impact on organizations goes
beyond the usual meaning of telework (limited
to workplaces location), fitting into a more
complex framework of cultural, social and
economic change, which affects the organization
configuration and its work processes. In this
respect, we can speak about distributed and
flexibleorganizations, a higher degree of
workers sel-management, collaborative work and
learning, and so on. - The special dimension of informative and
knowledge related processes on educational
activities places this sector on an outstanding
position in terms of ICT based work methods
development. E-work related opportunities and
challenges will demand a redefinition both on
current educational processes and vocational
profiles in order to assure success in
organisational change. -
3- In this framework, professionals in education
face new training needs which affect rather than
the ICTs using (whose role is just instrumental),
to more complex competences such as team-work,
new pedagogic methods for training on ICT,
networks management, etc. - EDUCATOR project will face this need through a
complete analysis of vocational qualifications at
the educational sector and its development
chances relating to e-work, and it will compile
innovative experiences and emerging occupations.
This analysis will allow the identification of
new needs at the educational sector and the
definition of training pathways and
certifications linked to the new vocational
designed profiles. -

nets of nets. -

the increasing specialization that it is
required, as well as to the reduction of
wage-earning employ that causes, the individual
or isolated teleworker hardly will have survival

knowledge and competitions that require the
companies. - Therefore, AET advocates and promotes the ICTs
uses and the net for a parallel reorganization of
the individuals thanks of the work in net. So a
group of people can offer the complex solutions
that companies requires and at the same time
