  about student experiences.

Enhancement of the Research Culture - RAY

• 85 students in Winter term pilot
• academic enrichment, earnings, grad studies,
  careers
• expansion to 3 terms and external support
  potential
• Overwhelmingly positive response
• Being paid a respectable amount to be directly
  involved in a lab has been an excellent and
  worthwhile experience for me. I sincerely hope
  this program continues in the future.
• It was a wonderful addition to a small research
  grant that I had been awarded, and made an
  excellent contribution to its results!
