Finding Resonance Frequency

• Let the input be zero and find the homogeneous
  solution of the lossless governing differential
  equation
• If the homogeneous solution is in the form of an
  oscillation, the frequency of the oscillation
  will be the resonance frequency
• Or, assume that the homogeneous solution to be a
  phasor, find the frequency that satisfy the
  phasor form of the zero-input lossless governing
  equation
