Gods person is good

• God is great in goodness
• How great is Thy goodness, which Thou hast stored
  up for those who fear Thee, which Thou hast
  wrought for those who take refuge in Thee, before
  the sons of men! (Psalm 3119)
• The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of
  trouble, and He knows those who take refuge in
  Him. (Nahum 17)

Gods person is good

• God alone is good in the ultimate sense.
• And behold, one came to Him and said, Teacher,
  what good thing shall I do that I may obtain
  eternal life? And He said to him, Why are you
  asking Me about what is good? There is only One
  who is good but if you wish to enter into life,
  keep the commandments. (Matthew 1916-17)

Gods provision is good

• The young lions do lack and suffer hunger But
  they who seek the Lord shall not be in want of
  any good thing. (Psalm 3410)
• For the Lord God is a sun and shield The Lord
  gives grace and glory No good thing does He
  withhold from those who walk uprightly. (Psalm
  8411)

• Or what man is there among you, when his son
  shall ask him for a loaf, will give him a stone?
  Or if he shall ask for a fish, he will not give
  him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil,
  know how to give good gifts to your children, how
  much more shall your Father who is in heaven give

Gods providence is good

• And as for you, you meant evil against me, but
  God meant it for good in order to bring about
  this present result, to preserve many people
  alive. (Genesis 5020)
• And we know that God causes all things to work
  together for good to those who love God, to those
  who are called according to His purpose. (Romans

Gods plans are good

• Remember your creator in the days of youth.
