• News from the section
• Planning of future presentations
• 4 people have been appointed for making
  presentations at the next 4 meetings as follows
• 17/4 Tatiana K. Madsen
• 1/5 Nicola Marchetti
• 15/5 Kamil Cetin
• 29/5 Bilge Cetin
• Please send title and short abstract 3 days
  before the meeting to Dorthe Sparre For further
  info, see the NetSec Presentations form on the
  section webpage.
• Tatiana will prepape a list on a current basis
  including everyone in the section. If the date is
  not suitable for you, it is your own
  responsibility to arrange the switching of dates
  with another person.

• EU projects
• 3 new EU project proposals have been sent on 1/4
  -09 from NetSec.
• NDS promotion
• We should think more about how to promote the NDS
  education, e.g. when we travel, but also in DK.
• Life Long Learning - http//www.livslang.dk/
• Eventhough we were given very short notice this
  year for the forwarding of course proposals, we
  should start preparing during Jan., Feb. and
  March, as we know that this is event takes place
  every year (end of August).
• Holidays
• Remember to report how/when you will take your
  remaining holidays to Karin Lange.

• We agreed upon preparing a calendar wheel for the
  section, showing all the deadlines e.g.
• Semester start
• Life Long Learning
• Forskningens Døgn
• Open House
• Danish Scientific Festival
• The wheel will be divided in various colours and
  be placed on one
• of the pinboards in the section corridor.
