Recommendation

• Eat a balanced diet
• Eat a combination of foods
• Eat raw fruit or vegetables to meals to increase
  salivary flow
• Chew sugarless gum between meals and snacks to
  increase salivary flow.
• Moderate eating frequency to reduce repeated
  exposure to sugars
• Avoid Bottle Feeding of infants at night ( bed
  time) ?????
• Practice Good oral hygiene
• Regular dental Check-up
• Attend Educational preventive program
