What are Milk Teeth?

• A childs first 20 teeth are called milk teeth.
• 8 Incisors
• 4 Canines
• 8 Molars

When Do Children Lose Their Milk Teeth?

• Children start losing their milk teeth when they
  are 6 years old.
• When they are 12 years old all of their milk
  teeth should be out of their mouth and replaced
  with their permanent teeth.

Permanent Teeth

• There are 32 permanent teeth.
• 8 Incisors
• 4 Canines
• 8 Premolars
• 12 Molars
• The last 4 molars are known as wisdom teeth.

• Dentine is the second layer of tooth.
